Meet the Team
Dr. J. Michael Dibble established our practice in 1971. He received an honorary certificate from former Michigan governor John Engler in 2001 in recognition of thirty years of community service. Dr. Dibble is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Washtenaw District Dental Society. He served as a dentist in the United States Army from 1969-1971. Dr. Dibble received his D.D.S. from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1969 and his undergraduate degree from Hillsdale College in 1966. His hobbies include golfing, hunting and traveling with his wife Linda.
Dr. Jennifer McFinton joined our practice in 2001 after graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Dr. McFinton is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the American Association of Women Dentists and the Washtenaw District Dental Society. In 2009 Dr. McFinton was included in Hour Detroit Magazine’s Top Dentists List. In her free time Dr. McFinton enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and volunteering with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation to find a cure for her daughter, Lucy who was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes in preschool.
Dr. Jill Bell is the newest dentist to join our practice, as we welcomed her on board in April 2011. Dr. Bell’s father, Dr. Dan Johnson, was a family dentist in Saline for 22 years. Following in her father’s footsteps, Dr. Bell graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After graduation in 2006, she completed a rigorous residency in general dentistry at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor. Since that time she worked in a family practice in Manchester until she joined our team. Dr. Bell also continues to be on the clinical faculty at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association and the Washtenaw District Dental Society. Dr. Bell and her husband Jeff live in Ann Arbor and are kept busy with their daughter Morgan.
Office Manager Debby Schneider has been keeping the office running smoothly for over 35 years. She is a graduate of Washtenaw Community College Dental Assisting Program. Debby enjoys family time, volunteering in the Saline community, traveling, gardening and is a recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Award for Achievement.
Our Hygienists Wendy, Heather, Cristy and Sharon are graduates of Ferris State University, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and Kellogg Community College. These four ladies have been providing gentle cleanings for patients in our office for a combined total of 50 years.
Lisa and Laurel, our Administrative Assistants, cheerfully help our patients with their billing and scheduling needs. Visitors are greeted by one of their radiant smiles upon arrival.
Our Assistants Dawn and Liz are exceptionally talented at their jobs and help Dr. Dibble, Dr. McFinton and Dr. Bell in all aspects of patient care. All three are radiation certified. Dawn is a graduate of the Cambridge Dental Assisting Program and has over 14 years of experience. Liz is our team’s newest addition and graduated from Washtenaw Community College Dental Assisting Program. She holds the title of R.D.A. (Registered Dental Assistant). This degree allows Liz expanded chair side functions to serve our patients.
Mary, our Insurance Coordinator, works full time answering insurance and billing questions and keeping our system running smoothly. With 18 years of dental billing experience, Mary is an integral part of our full-service team.
