Suggestions For Your Visit

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. This allows time to check-in, complete any updates to your address, insurance and billing information and medical history.

Please silence your cell phone. Turning your ringer off minimizes the chance that your visit will be interrupted by a noisy ringtone.

Share your concerns. Before your appointment begins, mention any areas of your mouth that are feeling sensitive or any difficulties you may be having with home care. Our Hygienists can give you a homecare coaching session on different brushing techniques.

We are here for you! Please tell your Hygienist or Assistant if you prefer no conversation during your appointment except to check your comfort. Let us know if your chair or headrest needs adjustment. We also have wireless headphones, memory foam neck pillows, aromatherapy neck warmers, and glare-reducing sunglasses to make you as comfortable as possible.

Scheduling your appointment: Call, email or use our website to schedule your next visit. We now have the ability to text patients appointment reminders. We maintain a Priority List for patients that may need specific days or times when the schedule is full. Emergencies are seen the same day based on availability.
